Hurricane Gabrielle continued to barrel across the Atlantic on Tuesday evening but had weakened into a Category 3 storm. It will not pose any threat to land, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said. The NHC is also monitoring two other areas for potential tropical development in the Atlantic.
