Presence of school resource officers grows in Florida

Nineteen children and two teachers were killed when a gunman opened fire in a Texas elementary school. Soon after the tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in South Florida four years ago, lawmakers created an Armed Guardians program to address active shooter situations.
