Daytona Beach cracking down on rowdy spring breakers

The spring break surge has begun as Central Florida is about to be taken over by people coming here for the beaches and the theme parks. In Volusia County, some police departments are getting ready to crack down on the rules with Bike Week and spring break overlapping.
