Crews begin to dismantle problem scaffolding
Crews have begun to dismantle scaffolding near Church Street and Orange Avenue after issues were found in its stability, officials said. The concerns forced streets to be closed nearby -- some have reopened -- and forced more than a dozen businesses to temporarily close. Some businesses have been allowed to reopen. A spokesperson for Balfour Beatty said it's expected to take at least a week to safely take the scaffolding down.
