Orange County proposes changes to dog ordinance

The Orange County Board of Commissioners met this week to discuss the county's current rules on its dangerous dogs ordinance and proposes changes that may need to be made ahead of a new law taking effect in October. The commission took no action at this meeting, but Animal Services did share a presentation. A public hearing is scheduled for Oct. 24.
