'Thought we were going to drown': Rain drenches Florida

Palm Bay in Brevard County received nearly a half-foot of rain over the weekend, which washed out some roads and flooded low-lying areas, including storm drains. FOX 35 spoke to a man named Marvin, who said he's lived in the area for a longtime, and the amount of rain caught him off guard. He also wanted to know what city officials are doing to try and prevent this from happening again.
