Are sex offenders allowed to live near bus stops?

Florida law states that sex offenders can’t live within 1,000 feet of a school, a playground, or a childcare center. Some areas in the state have higher distance limitations than the state law requires. But you’ll notice, "school bus stop" isn’t on that list. At least, not in every case.
