Orlando Mayor to cut alcohol sales, enact curfew after shooting

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer has declared a local state of emergency following Saturday's deadly shooting downtown, where hundreds were celebrating Halloween. He has issued a curfew from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. for 7 days, and will cut alcohol sales at downtown bars at midnight.
