Memorial service being held for Madeline Soto

Today would have been Madeline Soto's 14th birthday. A memorial is being held in St. Cloud for the young girl, who was killed almost a year ago. Stephen Sterns, Maddie's mother's boyfriend, is the man accused of raping and murdering her. He could face the death penalty.
