Judge rejects 'stand your ground' defense in 2019 shooting

A man accused of shooting a 16-year-old during a reported robbery will not be able to use the "stand your ground" law as his defense, an Orange County judge has ruled. Curtis Fulcher, 47, of Sanford, is accused of shooting and killing the teenager in January 2019.
