Contractor wanted, accused of stealing defrauding senior citizen

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office is searching for Ryan Paul. Deputies said the Orlando-based contractor is wanted on charges of grand theft, scheme to defraud, and exploitation of the elderly after he allegedly stole and defrauded a senior citizen.
