Council budgeting for fence after FOX 35 investigates

Earlier this week, FOX 35 reported on parents' safety concerns in Palm Bay over a newly renovated all-inclusive playground near an unfenced body of water. Families of children with autism said they feared the risk of drowning and are calling for a protective fence. Now, city leaders say they are getting involved to fix the issue.
