Aldi to open 800 new locations by end of 2028

Aldi is in the middle of a major expansion. The popular budget-friendly supermarket chain is adding 225 new stores nationwide this year. The company aims to open 800 stores by the end of 2028. Mark Johnston, a professor of marketing and ethics at Rollins College, weighs in.
