Alligator spotted in Oviedo storm drain during inspection

An alligator was found in a Central Florida storm drain, this time during a routine pipe inspection in Oviedo, officials said. A contractor was surveying underground lines near a lake when the reptile was discovered in a two-foot-wide drain. The inspector left the animal undisturbed and continued with the job.
