Minnesota manhunt ends: Vance Boelter in custody

The manhunt for Vance Boelter, the man accused of killing a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband, and injuring a Minnesota State Senator and his wife, has ended. Boelter was found and arrested Sunday night, officials said.
