Florida water crisis leaves people showering in rivers

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced he's launching a formal investigation into the City of Apalachicola as their weeks-long water crisis continues. Residents are under a boil advisory and local state of emergency and have been forced to bathe in rivers and they can't drink, brush their teeth, shower or do laundry with water because of high levels of hydrogen sulfate. Officials say Hurricane Helene knocked out the scrubber in their water filtration system. Ana Goñi-Lessan, State Watchdog Reporter with the USA TODAY NETWORK Florida joins FOX 35's Garrett Wymer live via Zoom to break down this water crisis and what could be next for the city.
