Last night, Suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez bonded out of the Lake County Jail, first meeting the requirements to prove the $1 million bond was money not involved in the alleged criminal enterprise. Criminal defense attorney Jose Rivas joins FOX 35's Garrett Wymer live via Zoom to break down the next steps in the case, the suspended sheriff spending the last three weeks behind bars, the conditions of his release which include an ankle monitor and no-contact orders for the other co-defendants in the case in anticipation of his arraignment hearing schedule for Monday.
