Expanding I-4: Deltona mayor to ask FDOT to speed up process

There are currently talks to expand I-4 from Volusia into Seminole county. FOX 35's Chris Lindsay learns why the mayor of Deltona says he is going to be asking the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to speed up the process.
