Florida Mayor takes on ICE, 287(g) agreements

City of South Miami Mayor Javier Fernandez held a virtual news conference today, calling for cities to end their 287(g) agreements with ICE after the state of Florida's arguments in court allegedly argue that only counties and sheriffs are legally required to enter into immigration enforcement agreements with ICE.
