'Florida Hometown Heroes' applications now open

The Florida’s Hometown Heroes Housing Program is currently accepting applications for 2025. This program provides eligible first-time homebuyers with up to $35,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance through a 0% interest loan – helping more residents achieve homeownership in a challenging housing market.
