Palm Bay police show off 'Frosty Five-O' ice cream truck

The Palm Bay Police Department (PBPD) is showing off one of its "coolest" videos in its fleet: the "Frosty Five-O" ice cream truck. The department uses the truck to help build stronger relations in the community. FOX 35's Marley Capper introduces us to some of the officers involved.
