Firefighter accused of throwing tampons on lawn of ex

An Orange County firefighter was arrested after she allegedly dumped close to 100 tampons on her ex-boyfriend's lawn. Gabrielle Franze has been put on paid leave and faces misdemeanor stalking charges.
