Merritt Island roads underwater after flash flooding

Pastures, roads and homes are under water after an Oct. 26 flash flooding. Residents told FOX 35's Esther Bower they're shocked to see this much rain, though there hasn't been a hurricane. Now, residents are struggling to keep water from inside their homes.
