Florida's struggling citrus industry gets help from Disney

Since 2005, Florida’s citrus production has declined by nearly 90% due to Citrus Greening. Yet Central Florida’s Florida Classic Growers has pioneered an innovative solution - Citrus Under Protective Screens (CUPS) -  helping this iconic crop thrive once again. Disney has partnered with these local growers to bring fresh, Florida-grown flavors to Guests at Walt Disney World — from citrus in cocktails to seasonal menu highlights across the Resort.
