DOJ investigates SeaWorld: Walker ban draws federal scrutiny

A FOX 35 report on SeaWorld’s new mobility-aid policy has prompted a federal investigation. Two weeks after we first reported that SeaWorld had begun banning walkers with built-in seats, known as rollators, the U.S. Department of Justice has confirmed it is reviewing whether the policy violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
