Florida wrongfully arrested to testify before U.S. Senate

A Palm Coast woman who spent 13 days in jail after she was wrongfully accused in a deadly hit-and-run is taking her fight to Washington, D.C. Lindsey Isaacs will testify before a U.S. Senate subcommittee.
