Senator Ashley Moody joins FOX 35's Johnny Jackson to break down her new bill, the Staged Accident Fraud Prevention Act which would make staging an accident with a commercial motor vehicle a federal crime, aimed to help truckers and companies, keep shipping costs and insurance premiums from artificially inflating.
