2 missing boaters return to dry land after being stranded at sea

Two Florida boaters returned safely to shore Tuesday after spending more than 24 hours stranded offshore when electrical problems disabled their vessel, prompting a multiagency search and rescue effort. The men were found off the coast near Ormond Beach after a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission aircraft spotted their boat and alerted the U.S. Coast Guard, which coordinated the rescue.
