Meg’s Law bans nitrous oxide sales in smoke shops

A major statewide crackdown on recreational inhalant sales officially goes into effect today across Florida. Florida’s new legislation, known as Meg’s Law, goes into effect on Oct. 1, officially prohibiting smoke shops and vape stores from selling or possessing nitrous oxide.
