Suspects released on bond after accused of leaving dogs in moving truck

Two men are accused of leaving two dogs in the cargo area of a moving truck when crossing state lines from Georgia to Florida. The cargo area was reportedly 102 degrees. Two pigeons were found in a closed box as well.
