The Moderne to feature specialty dishes at Taste! of Central Florida

The Moderne is switching up its menu, transforming into smaller bites, to participate in Taste! of Central Florida. Chef Michael Nguyen stopped by Good Day Orlando Xtra to preview some of the Asian inspired cuisine before the event at the Orlando World Center Marriott kicks off on Aug. 28.
