Deputies, paramedic recall rescue efforts to save fisherman in cardiac arrest

A 911 call came in at 6:45 a.m., and a VSO dispatcher immediately provided CPR instructions while Air One launched and located the boat. The man was transported to shore and then to the hospital. Officials say that despite everyone's efforts, the man did not survive.
