Flagler deputies arrest 2 after alleged hit-and-run cover-up

Two Palm Coast residents with prior felony convictions are facing charges after investigators say they fled the scene of a crash, collected broken vehicle parts to conceal evidence, and hid the damaged pickup truck in a garage.
