DeLand Baby Featured in Times Square

Alora Perez of DeLand beat out thousands of global entries to shine on a massive Times Square jumbotron for the National Down Syndrome Society's annual video presentation. Alongside her mother Luna, Alora celebrated this incredible milestone while appearing on The 407.
