Dusty Ray Spencer appeals execution in 1992 murder

A Florida man sentenced to death for the brutal beating, stabbing, and killing of his wife, Karen Spencer, outside their Orange County home in 1992 has filed an appeal ahead of his execution. If denied, Dusty Spencer's execution is scheduled for June 25.
