Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly talks immigration bill

A new proposed bill in the Florida Legislature would criminalize employers who hire undocumented immigrants and would presume non-citizens at fault during vehicle crashes. Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly joined FOX 35's Ryan Elijah to talk about his thoughts on the proposed bill.
