Tropical Storm Cristobal forms: Europe to see rain soon

Tropical Storm Cristobal has formed in the central Atlantic and is tracking toward the Azores, where it will quickly be absorbed by a cold front that brings squally, gusty showers to Europe this weekend. FOX 35 Storm Team Meteorologist, Brooks Garner, sat with Garrett Wymer live.
