Florida AG launches investigation into Potassium bromate

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier revealed Monday that his office would launch an investigation into Potassium bromate, a food additive in flour and dough, in the Florida food supply. Uthmeier and other health experts said some studies have found Potassium bromate to be a possible carcinogen, or potentially cancer-causing in humans.
