Viral Florida dog stars in PSA about hot cars, pet safety

The Altamonte Springs Police Department partnered with Koda The Fluff, the viral pet therapy dog known for riding in her own vehicle, to create a PSA to warn people about the dangers of leaving their pet in a hot car.
