Daredevil couple in custody after scaling Empire State Building

Two climbers, Angela Nikolau, 33, and Ivan Beerkus, 32, were taken into custody July 1st after scaling the spire of the Empire State Building. FOX 35's Garrett Wymer was joined live over Zoom by James Copenhaver, former sheriff's detective and investigator, to discuss law enforcement's response.
