Billionaire-backed Alpha School is expanding its teacherless, AI-driven model to Miami Beach for the 2026-27 school year. For a hefty $65,000 annual tuition, the K-8 program replaces traditional instruction with personalized AI tutoring that condenses core subjects into just two hours a day. While studies show AI tutoring is as effective as human instruction, the rapid growth of these schools highlights a major shift toward automated learning.
