2 Minnesota leaders 'kept out' of Whipple Detention Center

Rep. Angie Craig and Rep. Betty McCollum said they were denied access after being placed in a waiting room for about 40 minutes. They said they were conducting their congressional duties by trying to check on their constituents through an oversight visit, some of which need medication.
