Woman charged after deadly dog mauling held without bond

A Brevard County woman accused of failing to control her dogs before they fatally mauled a neighbor will remain behind bars after appearing before a judge Thursday. Linda Cutler faces a manslaughter charge in connection with the death of 50-year-old Jodi Cowan, who authorities say was attacked while walking her dog in her Cocoa neighborhood last week.
