Man accused of stalking woman, stealing bear with son's ashes

A 31-year-old Flagler County man has been arrested on multiple felony charges after investigators say he stalked a woman he met through a dating app, tracked her movements and stole a memorial teddy bear containing her deceased son's ashes.
