DeLand Police seeking help identifying found 5-Year-Old

Deland Police Department is in contact with a found child. She is a black female, 5 years of age, named Leilani. She was found wearing a pink hello kitty shirt, blue pants and silver crocs in the Taco Bell parking lot on S Woodland on Sunday morning.
