Florida couple accused of using taser on disabled, elderly patients

Investigators say Ronald Keith Pack, 60, and Marie Carenan, 56, ran a network of unlicensed assisted living facilities in Polk and Osceola County. FOX 35 has learned that the couple is accused of using tasers and pepper spray against some of the individuals in their care. The two were denied bond during a July 9 hearing.
