Humane society caring for rescued border collies

36 Border Collies were recently rescued from a horrific hoarding situation at a Martin County home in Palm City, where they were found living among severe debris, feces, and urine-soaked materials. Sarah Fisher from the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast joined FOX 35’s Hayden Wiggs to discuss the rescue efforts and the road to recovery for these dogs.
