Central Florida company sells backpacks designed to stop bullets

A backpack made to stop bullets is being sold by a Central Florida company.

After a surge in school shootings,  more parents are doing everything they can to keep their little ones safe.

"We've actually expanded the line because of the demand, and it's unfortunate but it's a sad reality that every time there's a shooting, there's a spike in sales," said Yasir Sheikh, with Sanford, Florida-based Guard Dog Security.  "It's certified against 44 mags and 9 millimeters."

Sheikh says with all the school violence the backpacks have become some of their best sellers.
