Security guard arrested for bringing firearm onto UF campus

The Alachua County Sheriff's Office confirmed via Twitter that an armed security guard was arrested on the University of Florida campus.

He reportedly had a firearm on campus, which is against Florida Statue.

The man was identified as Sean Brijmohan, a 28-year-old from Orlando, Florida.

He was charged with Carrying Firearm on School Property.

The arrest occurred in the hours leading up to White Nationalist's Richard Spencer's speech at a venue on campus.
