SpaceX future: Satellite ride-share program, sending astronauts into space

SpaceX is rolling out a ride-share program and they hope to get astronauts back into space by the end of this year.

The ride-share program will give small satellite owners the opportunity to buy a spot on a regularly scheduled launch. The average cost would be just over two million dollars. It is scheduled to begin late next year.

Meanwhile, SpaceX is planning on launch astronauts back into space from Cape Canaveral. The first test flight of the rocket carrying a crew is set for some time in November. SpaceX hopes to eventually use the Dragon spacecraft to carry NASA astronauts to the International Space Station.
